On October 5, 1938 the Chicago Cubs hosted the opening game of the World Series against the New York Yankees at Wrigley Field grandstand, where a quarter would have bought this red, white and blue program that even today can almost make one feel the stiff Wrigley wind blowing. The cover depicts the AL and NL pennants over a baseball. The program is in very good-excellent condition with some light creasing and minimal cover separation.
