Left winger Lorne Ferguson skated with the Boston Bruins for four seasons from 1950 to 1956, notching 55 goals. Ferguson wore this classic Bruins' jacket from the era when a hockey player would sooner have their head cracked open like an egg, than to wear a helmet. The button-down jacket has a "Tool Shop" label. It is tan with black trim on the pockets and black and gold trim on the waist and neck. "Bruins" is stitched on the left breast in black and gold scripted letters with "NHL" in white on the black swoosh under it. There are also American and Canadian flags on the left sleeve of the beautifully preserved jacket.
