You just might call the threesome of links legends who signed this golf bag tag the "American Masters." Between them Ben Hogan, Jimmey Demaret and Byron Nelson wore the green jacket as Masters champion 7 times, Hogan in 1951 and 1953, Demaret in 1940, 1941 and 1950, and Nelson in 1937 and 1942. The three greats signed their names in pencil on the 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" tag during an exhibition at the Saginaw (Michigan) Country Club circa 1950. While the tag has some discoloration the signatures are clear and legible, rating strong 8s.
