This pair of gold cuff links, were iven to participants at the 1936 All-Star Game at Fenway Park. These were presented to Dave Keefe, whose story is part of baseball lore. Keefe lost the middle finger of his right hand in a childhood accident. He made it with the Philadelphia A's in the 1920s by throwing what would be called the forkball. After his career he became the A's batting practice pitcher and threw BP for the AL before 9 All-Star games. The excellent condition cuff links are 1/2" in diameter, inscribed "All-Star Game, American League, Boston 1936," and each is attached to a gold miniature bat. They come in the original case.
