Roberto Clemente was a champion on the baseball fields of America. Even greater was the champion human being Roberto was. Always ready to help those less fortunate than himself, he gave his life traveling to aid victims of a disaster in his native Nicaragua. This size 13, in mint condition ring has "Roberto Clemente 1955 1972" around the top of the ring. At the top of the ring is a black stone with 21, 5pt diamond stones. The left shank shows other highlights of Clemente's career. It shows 3,000 hits, a gold bat with the dates 1961, 1964, 1965 and 1967, the years he won the National League Batting Titles. It also reads .317, his lifetime batting average. On the right shank is the name "Roberto Clemente" and "1966 MVP." There is also a gold glove and the writing "12 Gold Gloves."
