This gorgeous limited edition is a moving tribute to the late great Yankee centerfielder Mickey Mantle. The ring is one of a run of 536 (corresponding to the Mick's career home run total) that were manufactured by Balfour with the permission of Mantle's widow. The ring with the engraved notation "018/536" on the underside is 10K gold and has his number "7" fashioned out of 6 real diamonds set against a deep blue stone. The border is engraved "Mickey Mantle, 1951 1968." The left shank has a facsimile Mantle signature and an image of Yankee Stadium over "#7 retired 6-8-69." The right shank has "536 home runs" above 5 bats with Mickey's career highlights. The near mint condition ring is comes with a handsome brown box engraved with a number "7" in between a facsimile signature and the words "Career Ring" and with a letter of authenticity.
