A quiet superstar, who makes alot of noise with his bat. During the 1990s Palmeiro may have been the most consistent first basemen in baseball. He hit 20 or more home runs each year from 1991 to 2000, batted .300 or better five times during the decade, and drove in 100 or more runs seven times in eight years. Palmeiro has a great shot at joining the 500 Home Run Club before he hangs up his jersey for the last time. This Hoosier bat, model HB (remaining portion of model number smeared due to ball contact), measuring 33.75 inches and weighing 31.5 ounces, is uncracked and shows evidence of great game-use.
