Al Oliver's 18 year career included seven trips to the Mid Summer Classic and a batting championship in 1982, when Oliver lead the national league with a .331 average. Always underated, Oliver amassed 2743 hits and holds a career batting average of .303. This rare Hillerich & Bradsby Bicentennial bat, measuring 34.5 inches and weighing 33.8 ounces, shows evidence of nice game-use with a handle crack. The barrel has many ball marks and there is a light coat of pine tar on the handle. Al's #16 is on the knob in black marker.
