The NY Yankees have been synonymous with the "American Pastime" since the turn of the century. Numerous Hall of Famers have played for the Yankees in the house that Ruth built.
Pictured here is an original Yankee Stadium usher's seat brush from the 1940's. The baseball bat shaped wooden brush is 14" long with a leather band attached to the knob of the bat which the usher put around his wrist for safekeeping. The label imprint on the bat reads " Yankee Clipper Homer U.S.A.". Imagine being led down to your cleanly brushed seat as "Joltin Joe" smacks one over the left-field wall. The condition of this great piece of stadia memorabilia is very good to excellent.
