This precious ticket stub hails from a singular event in baseball history: Don Larsen's perfect game in Game 5 of the 1956 World Series. Larsen's 2-0 gem against the Brooklyn Dodgers on October 8, 1956 at Yankee Stadium is testimony that in baseball anyone can assume the hero's role. The lower grandstand ticket with a face value of $10 is 2-1/4" x 4-1/2" and in very good condition. The holder of the ticket wrote some details of the game on the back.
