Baby Boomers unlucky enough to have worn a Mickey Mantle model mitt while growing up in the 1950s, can relive those carefree days when "The Mick" was all that mattered in life with not one but two of these classic Mantle mitts, both of which were clearly owned by guys who took that leather very seriously. Both Rawlings gloves are well-worn, softened to a butter-like texture and used in countless games. One is an MM5 model ("The Comet"), the other an MM9 ("Pro Design"), and both have the Mick's signature stamped in the pocket, the latter also with "Triple Crown winner," marking it as a 1956 model.
