A member of the great Yankee dynasty of the 1950s, Carey was a talented utility player for the Yanks from 1952 to 1960. This Hillerich & Bradsby model C179, circa 1952-1960, measures 35" in length and weighs 33 ounces, is cracked and shows tremendous game use. The bat has a severe handle crack that has been repaired with small nails and tape. Slight grain separation is visible on the back side of the barrel.
