Sharing catching duties with Smokey Burgess on the 1956 Reds, Bailey hit 28 home runs. The four time all-star played in 24 games for the Giants in 1965. In the neck of the jersey is a white felt patch with the name "Bailey" in black chain stitch. On the left front tail is the "McAuliffe" label and below is the year tag "65." Next to this is the size tag, "46." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Giants" and on the back is the player number "6." Both the name and number are made of black felt on orange tackle twill. There is orange/black/orange trim around the neck and on the end of the sleeves. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
