Casey, who relieved in 287 of his 343 games, led the NL in saves twice and relief wins three times. In the neck of the jersey is the name "Casey" in red chain stitch and below this is the "Spalding" label. On the inside back tail is the size tag, "46." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Brooklyn" in script-style letters and on the back is the player number "25." Both the name and number are made of blue felt. On the left sleeve is the "Baseball Centennial" patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
