In the mid-1960s, it was not Aaron, Mays or Mantle but Harmon Killebrew who seemed to have the best shot at Ruth's lifetime homer record. Killebrew finished fifth in HR all-time and third in home run frequency and left behind a legacy of pure power. In the neck of the jersey is the "Wilson" label and size, "48." On the left front tail is the year tag "81" in black chain-stitch. On the left breast is "A's" in gold on green tackle twill and on the back is the name "Killebrew" in green tackle twill. Below this is the player number "3" in gold on green tackle twill. The autograph on the front of the jersey rates a 8-9. The jersey shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
