A six-time All-Star, Alan Trammell earned four Gold Glove awards for his offensive skill. This jersey was worn by Trammell during the 1987 season, one in which he played in the all-star game and batted a career high .343 with 28 home runs and 105 runs batted in. On the left front tail is the "Rawlings" label with the size "42." Adjacent to this is a flag tag reading "set 2 1987." Below this is a gray patch reading "4 3 87 2" denoting wash code, player number, year, and set number. Across the front of the jersey is "Detroit" in blue on orange tackle twill. On the back is the player name "Trammell" in blue tackle twill. Below this is the player number "3" in blue on orange tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind
