Chuck Knoblauch made an immediate impact in his first season with the Minnesota Twins, solidifying second base and winning the Rookie of the Year Award. The Twins unbelievably rose from a 1990 last place finish to 1991 World Champions. These white batting gloves were used by Knoblauch during the seventh game of the 1991 World Series. On the left wrist strap in gold marker outlined in black is "Knob" while the right strap continues with "lauch". "Lets get it done" is written in black marker along a finger on each glove and "eleven" is written on each thumb. The gloves have heavy pine tar/dirt stains and come with a letter of authenticity from the assistant equipment manager.
