LaRussa, who graduated with a law degree from Florida State, became the first lawyer/manager in baseball history. LaRussa quickly established a reputation for being one of the best field tacticians in baseball. On the left front tail is the "Sand-Knit" exclusive label and next to this is the "Sand-Knit" label which includes the size, "44." On the front of the jersey is the name "Sox" in white tackle twill. On the back of the jersey is the name "La Russa" and below this is the player number "10." Both the name and number are made of blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "Comiskey Park 75" anniversary patch. The jersey shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
