On the left breast is the "Sox" logo. The player number "40" appears on both the right breast and on the back of the shirt. The logo and numbers are made of black on silver tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "Comiskey Park" patch. On the left front tail of the alternate jersey is the "Russell Athletic" label with the size "48" and below this is the "2" Extra Length" label. Under this is a label reading "40-48-96". On the left breast is the "Sox" logo and on the back is the name "Alvarez." The player number "40" appears on both the right breast and on the back of the shirt. The logo, letters and numbers are made of white on black/silver tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "White Sox" patch. Both jerseys show game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
