This lot of seven near mint balls are each individually signed by an all-time Giant great and incorporates eras at the Polo Grounds, Candlestick Park and Pac Bell Stadium. Five are HOFers (Willie Mays, Willie McCovey, Orlando Cepeda, Juan Marichal, Monte Irvin), one is a sure future HOFer (Barry Bonds), and one merely hit the loudest home run in history (Bobby Thomson). Cepeda and McCovey signed special red and blue stitched balls from the 1999 All-Star Game. Signatures are 7s (Mays, Bonds) and 8s, and Thomson wrote on his, "The shot heard 'round the world, Oct. 3, 1951."
