Crosley Field, with its distinctive centerfield hill, was home to the Cincinnati Reds for nearly half a century. Redland Field opened in 1912 and was renamed in 1934 when the team was bought by Powel Crosley Jr. Among the many great moments at Crosley were baseball's first night game and Babe Ruth's last game, one day apart in 1935. Fans who occupied these magnificent figural seats through the years witnessed Reds titles in 1919 and 1940 and Hall of Famers like Ernie Lombardi, Frank Robinson and Pete Rose (if baseball ever lets him in). The seats have wood slats and metal edges and on the side is an intricate rendering of the team "C" logo with "Reds" inside it. While a lot of the paint has chipped off, none of the memories have.
