Throughout the history of this great country, Presidents have always shown support and taken a liking to the game of baseball. Former President Ronald Reagan was a big baseball fan. In 1984, Killebrew was elected to Baseball's Hall of Fame. President Reagan wrote this letter honoring Mr. Killebrew upon his election in the HOF. "The White House" is printed in blue on the top of the letter and "Washington" is printed just under that. Dated June 11, 1984, President Reagan signed the bottom of this letter, with a near 10 signature.
