This jet black leather jacket was worn by Vice President Al Gore during the 2000 Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles. The bomber-style size-XL jacket no doubt put Gore into the mood for taking aim at his Republican opponent, George W. Bush. The jacket has the name "Al Gore" stitched in red script lettering on the left breast. The letters "DNC" are on the left sleeve in red and white in between two white-bordered black stars, and there is a sleek red and white stripe design on the left sleeve as well as red trimming on the collars and pockets. The jacket, an updated piece of American political memorabilia, is in near mint condition and comes with a letter of authenticity.
