Majkowski finished his career at the University of Virginia as one of the school's most prolific passers. Majkowski graduated to the professional ranks and was drafted in the 10th round by the Packers. In 1989 he was selected to the NFL Pro Bowl. Majkowski was the last one to wear Paul Hornung's number 5. In the neck of the jersey is the size tag, "48 Regular." On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Sand-Knit" exclusive label and below is the "Sand-Knit" label and size, "48." On the back of the jersey is a white mesh nameplate with "Majkowski." The player number "5" appears on the front, back and on each shoulder of the jersey. The green letters and numbers have been ironed-on. There is an autograph on the back of the shirt rating an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
