This two-piece Chicago Bear uniform was worn during the 1994 season by tight end Marv Cook, who caught 21 passes for 212 yards and 1 touchdown. The classic blue, orange and white Bears uniform consists of jersey and pants. The mesh jersey has two "Champion" labels on the lower front, one with a "Champion" logo and size "44" and the other with a helmet and the Bears' "C" logo. Just under the V-neck is the "NFL" logo and there is an NFL 75th Anniversary patch to the left above the player number "86." The number also appears on each sleeve and on the back below the name "Cook." All numbers and letters are white on orange tackle twill. The pants are white with blue and orange trim and have the "Nike" label and size "44" tag. There is also a stitched-on patch with the number "97" next to the labels. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
