Eric Dickerson was traded to the Indianapolis Colts after three games of the strike-shortened 1987 season. Dickerson led the league four times in rushings as an L.A. Ram and became the first Colt in 23 years to lead the league in rushing when he rumbled for 1,659 yards in 1987. The next season, he became the first player to hit the 1,000-yard mark seven straight seasons. Dickerson reached 10,000 yards faster than anyone in history and over 11 seasons he racked up 13,259 yards, 3rd all-time. The 6-time Pro Bowler wore this white and blue Colt helmet during the 1991 season and signed it on the left side with his name and number "19." The bold signature in black marker rates a near perfect 10. The Riddell helmet shows light wear and has the Colt horseshoe logo on both sides, his number "29" and the NFL logo on the back.
