Before Emmit Smith put on the #22 in Cowboys blue, there was "Bullet" Bob Hayes. In an 11 year career, ten with the famed Dallas Cowboys, Bob Hayes averaged 20 yards per catch and caught over 71 touchdowns during his career. In 1971 he had 840 receiving yards with eight touchdowns, helping to lead the Cowboys to their first of five Super Bowl titles. This is an early 1970's game-used jersey with the Cowboys. It's a white jersey with the number 22 in blue on the front, back and both sleeves. His name is sewn onto the top of the back part of the jersey. The jersey was manufactured by Southland. The bottom of the shirt has been custom-cut. It shows game-use and with the exception of the custom-cut bottom, appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
