A fiery and controversial linebacker from Western Illinois, Cox is a four-time All-Pro who in 1998 helped lead the Jets defense to the AFC championship game. In the neck of the jersey is a label reading "00-46" denoting the year and size, respectively. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch and on the upper left front is the "NY JETS" embroidered patch. On the back of the jersey is a green nameplate with the name "Cox." The player number "51" appears on the front, back and on each sleeve of the shirt. The numbers on the front and back are made of white tackle twill and the numbers on the sleeves are made of green custom tackle twill. There are repair marks on the upper part of the jersey. The jersey shows good game-use and with the exception of the above-mentioned changes, appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
