As starting quarterback at BYU, Steve Young, in 1983 led the football team to an 11-1 win-loss record. After becoming the starting quarterback for the 49ers in 1991, Young led the NFL in passing for a record four consecutive years (1991-1994). He led the 49ers to a victory in the Super Bowl in 1995. This gold Riddell helmet shows game use and is in excellent overall condition. The 49ers "SF" logo appears on both sides of the helmet. Inside, above the right ear, is red dyno-tape with " 8 STEVE YOUNG" and embossed on the back right side is the NOC-SAE emblem.
