A 1990 poll of 65 major league players ranked Will Clark as the best clutch performer in baseball. Clark's abundance of natural talent earned him the nickname "The Natural." On the inside left front of the jersey is the "Rawlings" label with the size, "44" and below is a white label reading "1989 22" in black Swiss embroidered stitch. The numbers denote the year and player number, respectively. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Giants" and on the back is a white nameplate with the name "Clark." The player number "22" appears on the back of the shirt. The letters and numbers are made of black on orange tackle twill. There is an autograph on the left front of the shirt. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
