Few teams will let a hometown favorite stray far away, so it was no surprise that the Chicago Cubs invited back "Mr. Cub" Ernie Banks to help coach the team in Spring Training. Banks wore this jpme pinshome pinstripe jersey during that stint. In the neck of the jersey is the "Wilson" manufacturer's tag with the size "42." A tag has been removed from the neck. On the left breast is the embroidered red, white, and blue team logo patch. On the left sleeve is the "Cubs" patch. The number "14" is sewn onto the back of the jersey in blue tackle twill. There is a blue Sharpie autograph on the right breast that rates an 8. The jersey shows wear and, with the exception of the removed tag from the neck, appears to have no alterations of any kind.
