As a 20-year-old rookie, this future Hall of Famer with the Giants in 1958, Orlando "Baby Bull" Cepeda hit .312 with 25 home runs to earn unanimous National League Rookie of the Year honors. Nine years later, the Puerto Rican native compiled a league-leading 111 RBI for the World Champion Cardinals, while becoming the first unanimous MVP in the National League since Carl Hubbell in 1936. In the neck of the jersey is the "Sand-Knit" exclusive label and below is the "Sand-Knit" label with the size, "44." Below this is a white felt patch reading "Cepeda 72 Set 2" which has been done in blue chain stitch. The numbers denote the year and set number, respectively. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Braves" in script-style letters. The player number "30" appears on both the left breast and on the back of the jersey. The letters and numbers are made of blue/white tackle twill on a red embroidered backing. There is an autograph in the neck of the shirt. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
