Next to the New York Yankees, the St. Louis Cardinals have won more world championships than anyone, nine, to go with 19 pennants. This vintage team warmup jacket apparently dates back to the 1940s, when the Redbirds were winning three titles in four tries behind Stan Musial, Country Slaughter and Harry "The Cat" Brecheen. The zip-front jacket has black trim at the pockets and at the waist, neck and sleeves. The Cardinal redbird logo is stitched on the left breast and the number "60" onto each sleeve. Though there a few small tears on the back of the jacket, the plum red color is as bright and vibrant as in the days when Stan was The Man.
