The only man who has ever been named MVP in both leagues, Frank Robinson was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1982. One of the most feared hitters of his day, Robinson retired with a lifetime average of .294 with 586 home runs. A 13 time All Star, he also won a Gold Glove Award. This Hillerich & Bradsby model R182 bat was used by Robinson during the 1972 season and his number "20" is written on both ends in black marker. The bat measures 35 inches in length and weighs 34.7 ounces. It shows evidence of moderate game use with several ball and rack marks visible on the barrel. Robinson has signed the barrel in marker with a signature rating at least an 8.
