This issue marks the first time Superman, Batman, and Robin appeared together on the cover of a comic book, making it a landmark issue. Additionally, this is Jack Burnley's first cover art! Featuring stories with Batman, Hourman, Johnny Thunderbolt, Red, White and Blue, and Superman. This historically important issue is from the legendary Lamont Larson collection. This example was designated by CGC as a FN 6.0 with off-white pages. There are only three copies graded higher, one of which is restored. This book exhibits nice eye-appeal for the age and as with most squarebound issues is very difficult in high grade. "Larson" penciled the cover, which is the identifying mark of the pedigree. A historically important issue from a historically important pedigree collection, that would enhance even the most advance collection!
