Kevin Garnett jumped right from his Chicago high school to the Timberwolves in 1995. The 1997-98 season saw the 6'11", 220-pounder go for 18.5 points and 9.6 rebounds per game. On the left front tail is a white patch reading "97-98 Set #3." Next to this is the "Starter" label and adjacent is the size tag, "48." Next to this is the "4"LB" label denoting four extra inches in body length. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Timberwolves" in white tackle twill on a black/silver backing. On the back is the name "Garnett" in white on black tackle twill. The player number "21" appears on both the front and back of the shirt in white tackle twill on a black/silver backing. On the upper left front is the "NBA" patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
