The United States soccer prominence has grown tremendously over the past dozen years, qualifying for the last four World Cups. In 1994, the Americans made it to round 16 before losing to a very talented Brazil team 2-1. This 1994 USA World Cup soccer jersey was worn by defenseman Michael Lapper during the 1994 World Cup tournament. The Adidas jersey has been signed by all 22 members of the 1994 USA squad including: Michael Lapper, Tab Ramos, Claudio Reyna, Marcelo Balboa, Alexi Lalas, John Harkes, Ernie Stewart, Cobi Jones and Tony Meola. Accompanying the jersey is a signed letter from Michael Lapper attesting to the authenticity of the jersey.
