Wayne Chrebet has been the epitome of the overachiever ever since he entered the NFL in 1995. In seven full seasons with the NY Jets, Chrebet has over 450 receptions for nearly 6,000 yards, making him one of the most dependable wide receivers in the league. This New York Jets road white mesh jersey was worn by Chrebet during the 1998 NFL season. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch and on the upper left front is the "NY Jets" patch. On the left front tail is the year tag "98" and next to this is the " Starter Pro Line" label. Adjacent to this label is the size tag "46" and below this is the "4'' LB" label, denoting four extra inches in body length. On the back of the jersey is a white nameplate with "Chrebet" in green tackle twill. The player number "80" appears on the front, back and sleeve of the jersey. The numbers on the front and back are made of green tackle twill and the numbers on the sleeves are made of white tackle twill.
