Kurt Warner became an instant success in 1999 when he led the St. Louis Rams to the NFL Championship and won the NFL MVP. He threw 41 touchdowns passes with a completion rate of over 65 %. His quarterback rating of 109 remains as one of the highest single-season ratings ever. This St. Louis Rams road mesh jersey was worn by Warner during their 1999 championship season. In the neck of the jersey is a white label reading "99-50" denoting the year and size, respectfully. On the left front tail is the "Puma" label and adjacent is the size tag, "50". Next to this is the "6 LB" label denoting six extra inches in body length. On the back of the jersey is a white nameplate with the name "Warner". The player number "13" appears on the front, back and on each shoulder of the jersey. The numbers are blue and have been ironed-on. Warner's autograph appears on the back number one and it rates a solid 9. On the waist of the yellow with blue/white trim pants is the "Puma, NFL" tag with the year tag "99" directly underneath. The jersey and pants exhibit light quarterback use. The pants come complete with a blue belt.
