This lot is two game-used Chicago Bears football helmets. One belonged to Bob Avellini ( QB 1975-84) and the other to Dennis Gentry ( RB/WR 1982-92). Both men played their entire careers in Chicago. Both "Riddell" helmets are navy blue with the Bears "C" logo appearing on both sides. On the inside of the circa 1981 Bob Avellini helmet the player number "7" appears above both ear pieces. The size 7 padded helmet shows good use. On the inside of the circa 1986 Dennis Gentry helmet the player number "29" appears above the left ear. Above the right ear is a recertification tag with various white marker number taggings. The size 6-3/4 padded helmet shows good use.
