Ken Morrow is the only player in NHL history to capture an Olympic Gold Medal and Stanley Cup in the same year. The defenseman played for the 1980 U.S. "Miracle On Ice" team before joining the Islanders in time for the team's run of four consecutive Stanley Cups. In the neck of the jersey is the "CCM" label and on the back tail is the "CCM" patch. On the front of the shirt is the Islanders emblem in orange/blue/white tackle twill and on the back is a white nameplate with the name "Morrow" in blue tackle twill. The player number "6" appears on the back of the jersey as well as on each sleeve. The numbers are made of blue on orange tackle twill. The jersey shows good game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
