Tommy Heinsohn was an artist and the court was his canvas. His basketball career began in high school, continued in college, saw 11 years in the pros, and continues today, decades later, as an accomplished announcer for the Boston Celtics. Elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1986 the six time all star was a integral part of eight Celtics Championship teams. This road dureen jersey was worn by Heinsohn during his illustrious playing career with basketballs greatest dynasty. On the inside front tail is the "Horace Partridge" label with the size "44." Across the front of the jersey is the team name "Boston." The player number "15" appears on both the front and back of the shirt. All the letters and numbers are made of white tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
