At Miami (Ohio) University, Wally Szczerbiak was the second player in school history to surpass 1,500 points, 500 rebounds and 200 assists. During the 2000-01 season, he ranked fifth among league leaders in field goal percentage and eleventh in free throw percentage. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Reebok" label and adjacent is the size tag "50." Below this is the year tag "01-02" and under this is a white label reading "01-02 Set #2." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Timberwolves" in white tackle twill on a silver/black backing and on the back is the name "Szczerbiak" in white on black tackle twill. The player number "10" appears on both the front and back of the shirt in white tackle twill on a silver/black backing. On the upper left front is the "NBA" patch and on the upper right front is a 9/11/01 American flag patch. On the lower front and back are two pieces of Velcro. Included with the jersey are shorts. Inside the waistband is a white label reading "Set 2" which is done in black marker. Next to this is the year tag "01-02" and adjacent is the "Reebok" label. Written on this label is "Szczerbiak-10" in black marker. Adjacent is the size tag "40" and next to this is the "1"HR" denoting one inch higher rise. Next to this is a label reading "1"LI" denoting one inch longer inseam. Inside the shorts are two pieces of Velcro. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The uniform comes with a Timberwolves letter.
