After two outstanding seasons at Georgetown, Allen Iverson was the first player picked in the 1996 NBA draft. He quickly established himself as a premier NBA backcourtman, winning Rookie of the Month honors in November and going on from there to a brilliant season. On the left front tail is the "Champion" exclusive label with the year "96 97" and "Body Length +2." Next to this is the "Champion" label with the size "42." On the inside lower left is the "2 Inch Extra Body Length" label. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Sixers" in red/white/blue tackle twill and on the back is the name "Iverson" in blue tackle twill. The player number "3" appears on both the front and back of the jersey in blue on red tackle twill. On the upper left front is the gold "NBA" patch and on the back of the shirt is an autograph which rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
