Ruben Sierra is a compact and powerful switch hitter who is equally at home on either side of the plate. On the left front tail is the "Russell Athletic" label with the size "46." Adjacent to this are the "100% Polyester" and "-1" Body Length" flag tags. Below the Russell label is a white label reading "44-46-98." This denotes player number, size, and year respectively. Across the front of the jersey is the team name "Chicago" and below this is the player number "44." On the back of the jersey is the player name "Sierra" and number "44." All of the letters and numbers are made of black on white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the White Sox team logo patch. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Sierra's game used Louisville Slugger, model T141 from the 1998 season, shows evidence of excellent game use with a handle crack. His Louisville Slugger model G157, also from the 1998 season, is uncracked and shows evidence of excellent game use.
