Sweet-swinging Billy Williams quietly carved out a Hall of Fame career. He was a dependable star for 14 full seasons as a Cub. From 1963 to 1970, he established a NL record of 1,117 consecutive games played. In the neck of the jersey is the "Wilson" label with the size "42" and below this is a white label reading "26 80 2 42" done in blue chain stitch. The numbers denote the coach's number, year, set number and size, respectively. On the left front tail is the year tag "80" done in blue chain stitch. On the left breast is the Cubs logo patch and on the back is the player number "26." The number is made of blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Cubs emblem. There is an inscription on the lower front reading "Billy Williams H.O.F. 1987." The autograph rates a 9.The jersey shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
