Todd Helton is a pure hitter with one of the sweetest strokes in the game. He can drive the ball to all fields and find the gaps with remarkable skill. In 2000, he won the Player's Choice Award as the National League's Outstanding Player. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Russell Athletic" label and below is the size tag, "48." Below this is the "1" Extra Length" label and under this is a tag reading "Helton 17-48." The numbers denote the player number and size, respectively. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Colorado" in silver on a black/white tackle twill backing. On the back is the name "Helton" and below this is the player number "17." The letters and numbers are made of black on white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Colorado Rockies patch. There is fraying on the back numbers and letters. The tags are all original. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
