This fantastic wool sideline coat was worn by a Pittsburgh Steeler during the 1950's, a decade that saw the gritty Steel City team post a near .500 record. It exhibits leather sleeves, six original yellow buttons, two pockets and a large Pittsburgh Steelers football patch sewn on the left breast. There is a Lowe & Campbell tag inside beneath the left pocket of the jacket, which shows excellent use and no tears of any kind and heavy wear to the sleeves, which is typical for this type of item. Jackets such as this one are certainly tough to acquire as few remain in this condition.
