Tee Martin was the Tennessee Volunteers starting quarterback when they won the NCAA Football National Championship in 1998 . He is used primarily on special teams for the Steelers. In the neck of the jersey is a white label reading "01-46" denoting the year and size, respectively. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch and on the upper left front is the "Steelers" patch. On the left front tail is the "Reebok" label and adjacent is the size tag, "46." On the back of the shirt is a black nameplate with the name "Martin" in gold tackle twill. The player number "17" appears on the front, back and on each shoulder of the jersey in white tackle twill. There is slight fraying on the back letters. The tagging is consistent with other Steelers jersey from the same year. It shows even wear throughout. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
