Peyton Manning has proven to be all that was advertised since his arrival in the NFL from the University of Tennessee in 1998. The 2001 season was no exception for the Indianapolis Colts star quarterback. A true student of the game, Manning finished second in the NFL with 4,131 passing yards in 2001 and was fifth in touchdown passes as well with 26. The 26 scoring strikes were a testament to Manning's consistency as 2001 marked the third time Manning finished with exactly 26 TDs in four years in the league. This Riddell helmet bears the Colts' horseshoe logo on either side and an Adams double-snap chin strap. It shows excellent use and is complete with all the protective padding inside. The helmet comes with a LOA from Lou Lampson.
